School Lunch Rocks is being provided by the Illinois CATCH onto Health Consortium, Illinois State Board of Education, Southern Illinois Healthcare (SIH), and University of Illinois Extension.\nEarn 4 hours of USDA Professional Standards at no charge!\nTopics covered:\n– ISBE Updates and Every Penny Counts: The Essentials of Food Cost Control– Peer learning panel – partnerships, special diets, and more– ABC’s – meal presentation and marketing to boost participation\nIndividual pre-registration is required as space is limited and needs to be submitted by July 20.
