The Carterville Community Center-Fred G. Harrison Annex is located in beautiful Cannon Park. The facility opened in 2005 and provides seating for approximately 350 people. This completely handicap-accessible building is the perfect venue for wedding receptions, reunions, parties, and other special events.
The facility features a 115′ x 53′ banquet room, a large oak dance floor, two projector screens, fourteen 4′ x 8′ panels throughout the room for decorating, fully-equipped caterers kitchen, and restrooms. Included in your rental fee are round tables (49″ round x 33″ tall) for your guests, 6′ and 8′ tables for your head table and food tables, and black vinyl chairs (18″ wide, 16″ seat, 33″ tall).
All caterers are welcome at our facility free of charge, with the understanding that they are responsible for cleaning the kitchen and removing any trash from the building.
Beer, wine and champagne are the only types of alcohol allowed. Alcohol must be provided to your guests and not sold, and must remain inside the building at all times.
