Nicolas Luna and Juan Cortes started the first Don Luna Mexican Restaurant in 2008 with a small trailer, from there, after much success and amazing feedback from customers, Nicolas and Juan have since opened 3 more locations. Every meal is made from scratch, the homemade beans, rice and salsas are prepared daily. They have a preferred local produce distributor that provides daily fresh ingredients in the morning to every Don Luna’s locations.
