Join us at Herrin City Library for the Dolly Parton Imagination Library Launch Party, where southern Illinois children under 5 years old will sign up to receive FREE books! Join us for Dolly Parton story time, get your picture taken with Dolly (cardboard cutout,) and do an activity as we listen to Dolly music. Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is a book gifting program that mails free, high-quality books to children from birth to age five, no matter their family’s income.
