What is America250?

This nationwide celebration recognizes the 250th anniversary of the United States’ founding in 1776.  Illinois has launched the IL250 Commission to support statewide programming, storytelling, and community events.  VisitSI is proud to join our state partners in highlighting the people, places, and heritage that shaped Southern Illinois.  Learn more at IL250.org
