After inheriting their family farm, Derek and Libby Ervin left Chicago and relocated to Southern Illinois and created Glaciers End- a specialty food shop in Downtown Marion sourcing local ingredients straight from their farm!

By cultivating a variety of fruit, vegetables and flowers, Glaciers End produces shrub drinking vinegars, hot sauces, pickles, jams, jellies, syrups, and more!
Keeping it Natural
Glaciers End products are primarily sourced from their orchard, gardens, and woods with some items supplemented from local farms and growers. All sprays are OMRI-certified.
