Anne West Lindsey District Library
The Anne West Lindsay Library is a great new addition to the community. This new building is three times the size of the previous library and offers a community room, children’s area, media center with public computers and Wi-Fi connectivity, a genealogy/local history room, spacious collection areas and a convenient parking area available during all hours of service. The Library is located just outside of town in a residential area surrounded by a national forest. The perfect setting to loose yourself in a good book.

Her Vision Came To Life
Anne always dreamt of having a library built on her property, she even had land that she kept for this specific dream. Even when she was approached by interested buyers she would refuse and tell them about her vision. The building finally became a reality on November, 2008 when they broke ground and was completed on April, 2010 in time to open on May 3, 2010.
Freinds' Book Sales
Donations are accepted all year long and are put to use in the Book Sales that are held every spring and fall on property. All proceeds from this event go to the Summer Reading Program and other library initiatives. Please look on out website for more details and donation guidelines.

Tips for Anne West Lindsey District Library
Book Club – Also known as, The Chocolate Book Club, this fun group discusses great books and eats delicious chocolate. Our Book Club meets the first Thursday of each month at 1:30pm. Adults Only Please!
Children and Tween Activities – If you have a kiddo or two that loves to learn or just needs a fun group activity take a peek at our Children’s Programming Newsletter! There you will find many different activities for your little and not so little ones!
Donations – If you are interested in helping out the Anne West Lindsey District Library you are free to make one time or reoccurring general donations. If you are interested in Estate Planning (we encourage you to speak to you attorney to line everything out correctly). And last but not least Book Donations – we always accept book donations (In addition to monetary donations, we also accept donations of reading material for our book sales) We ask you check the details on our website under “Donations”. Your community benefits from anything you give!
