The Pavilion
This massive facility provides the perfect solution for meetings, gatherings and events for the Southern Illinois area. Shopping, lodging and restaurant facilities are just a few minutes away. Developed on a 12-acre lake, this setting is quite spectacular. The Pavilion sits on 50 acres just off Williamson County Parkway. The building is approximately 40,000 square feet of flexible banquet and conference space designed to rent.

Premier Event Center
The Pavilion strives to have a safe and exceptional work environment for its staff, and to provide a positive influence and service to the community. The staff at the Pavilion are dedicated to providing a clean, accessible and accommodating facility to the public.
Expo Hall
The Exposition Hall is 170' x 200' with 30' ceilings, a trade show electrical floor, and wall outlets, 1200 amp power- all climatically controlled.
Break-out Rooms
There are 3 separate meeting rooms: 38' x 51' and a total of 1,938 square feet. Each one can be used separately or can be opened up to accommodate one large space. The large ballroom boats a total of approximately 6,000 square feet including a dance floor 25' x 25'.
Tips for The Pavilion
SIRG – Southern Illinois Roller Girls (SIRG) is the first and only all female flat-track roller derby league in Southern Illinois. The SIRG practice and bout at The Pavilion. For bouts, the venue offers ample parking, a polished concrete floor, climate controlled environment, water fountains, soda machines and ATM. The local concessionaire features a variety of snacks and hot foods. Enjoy an alcoholic beverage from the bar if you are of legal drinking age.
Annual Events – The Pavilion is host to various Annual Dinners and Galas from around the region, as well as the Miss Illinois Scholarship Pageant, Ever After Bridal Fair, AKC Dog Show, S.I. Made Expo, Southern Illinois Boat and Fishing Show and more!
Outdoor Events – During the summer months, catch a Movie in the Park on Food Truck Fridays!
