Along the way, he had two of the best mentors one could have: in the 80s, the legendary Carl Perkins, and in the 90s, the one and only Chicago Blues Legend, Snooky Pryor. Lew Jetton is, indeed, the real deal. A multi “Pick to Click” on Sirius/XM’ Bluesville Channel, They’ve appeared at festivals and other venues from the Midwest to the Mississippi Delta and opened for music icons from Chuck Berry to the Queen of the Blues, the late Koko Taylor! Jetton is known for his powerful voice, fronting a tight combo with years of experience playing together at large festivals as well as roadhouses and honkey tonks!
