Tips for The Southern
The Space – This home is located 5 minutes from Marion, but still has a rural feel. Quiet, peaceful, with porches and decks that give you a view of the sunrise and sunset. It’s an older home that is much more spacious than it appears with a small front yard and a very spacious back yard. The yard has a partial fence, but not fully enclosed. A large sun room is located on the west side of the house. Lots of deer and other wildlife can be seen daily. Plenty of room to park your vehicles or trailers.
Guest Access – The 2000 sq. ft. home and nearly an acre of yard, are at your disposal for cookouts, recreation or just enjoying the view . There is a large back yard with deer, rabbits and other wildlife passing through. The barns and property to the south of the house are not included in the rental. In season, the hummingbirds flock to the feeders.
Other Things to Note – The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, cookware etc. Coffee packs, powdered creamer and sweetener are also provided. Laundry detergent and fabric softner are located above the washer. There is a fire pit and charcoal grill out back. Please provide your own charcoal.
