The home is on one level with only one step to get into the home. The land is flat to the dock with no steps! The house has been freshly painted, brand new A/C, new kitchen cabinets and countertop, and new tile on the patio. New front exterior and new third bedroom are now complete in 2021! There is dedicated internet for each of our guest homes!!!! 6 mbps down and 1 mbps up and also a second line that is shared between our 3 homes that is an additional 6 mbps down and 1 mbps up!

Macks Marina and Egyptian Hills Marina also have boat rentals and you can launch your boat from both of them and also Pyramid Acres for a small fee.
We do provide two kayaks and two paddleboards. Please bring your own life vests.
