Herrin Park Disc Golf Course
Designed and constructed by park district staff, this beautiful park features an 18-hole disc golf course intertwined within Herrin's local park.

Sports
In addition to the brand new disc golf course, Herrin Park is the home to baseball and softball fields as well as a skate park, a sand volleyball court, an aquatic center, a new pickleball court, and two walking paths with a quarter-mile all-weather track and a one-mile lighted walking trail.
Playgrounds
Herrin Park has multiple playgrounds areas built for all ages. Find slides, swings, and even merry-go-rounds each close to a pavilion with large grassy areas for all kinds of play.
Aquatic Center
Harrison Bruce Aquatic Center is home to the Herrin Tigersharks swim teams and also hosts multiple swim meets throughout the Summer season. The pool is open to the public and does offer private swim lessons. Rental of the aquatic center is also available for private parties.
Tips for Herrin Park Disc Golf Course
Wildlife – Herrin Park is home to many animals including squirrels and ducks. Please refrain from feeding the animals.
Put it on the Gram – The park bridge is a great place for photos, or take a photo of you or your friends playing sports and #Herrinpark and #visitSI.
Lose a Disc? – It is important to write your name and phone number on the back of your discs. Be mindful that crossing into someone’s yard to retrieve a disc is prohibited. In this instance, please contact park district staff.
