Tips for The Southern
Hunting – Absolutely no hunting on owner’s land- violators will be prosecuted. Additionally, no trespassing on private land- neighbors will prosecute. Locations within walking distance can be provided upon request.
Pet Policy – Max 2 pets: $75 fee – per pet, per stay.
Check-out Courtesy – Start a load of used towels, and start the dishwasher before you go!
