This is one of my favorite classes to teach every year. It may sound a little off the wall, but it’s so much fun! I’ve seen many people turn into mad scientists, mixing and matching and finding their favorite combinations. And surprise! We will be drinking predominantly dry wines. Great fun if you have a sweet tooth. Don’t worry, we will have some savory snacks as well. $40/person for 6+ wines and snacks.
