Youth Strength Training
Youth Strength Training is coming to The HUB Sundays at 2:30pm beginning May 3rd!
This 6-week course will provide children ages 5-10 an opportunity to learn proper strength training techniques alongside their guardian!
This class is included in your HUB membership! Not a member? No problem! Just purchase a day pass for your class participant the day of the class.
Grab your sneakers, water bottle, and can-do attitude, and we’ll see you Sunday, May 3rd!
