Features all 3 bedrooms, one full bathroom, and utility closet. The primary bedroom can be accessed through the kids bunk, or from the downstairs back staircase. There is a bigger step from the primary bedroom into the back stairway hall. Bunk room features 2 single twin bunks stacked as well as a single twin trundle. Each bedroom features a TV and digital clock with noise machine features.

Features all gathering spaces including kitchen, dining, and living room, full bathroom with laundry, and the back patio to the lake. The kitchen is stocked for most cooking needs. All waste must be thrown away- no garbage disposal is available. Certain glassware is hand wash only.

Enjoy all the aspects of the lake with kayaks, paddle boards, or rent a boat and house it on the private dock. The water level at the dock varies around 3-5 feet. All water activities are at your own risk. The steps down to the lake will be upgraded summer of 2024, along with the firepit. Please use the handrails and watch your step.
