Crab Orchard National Wildlife Refuge Trails. Enjoy the peaceful lake views around Crab Orchard, Little Grassy, and Devil’s Kitchen. There are multiple short hiking and nature trails.

Ray Fosse Park (Marion) – A community favorite with walking paths, shady picnic spots, playgrounds, and plenty of space to stretch your legs. It’s a great place for a laid-back afternoon with the family.

Harrison-Bruce Park (Herrin) – Known for its wide open green space, playgrounds, and peaceful atmosphere, this park is ideal for a picnic or a casual stroll.

Not seeing the show you want at the Civic Center? No worries! Walker’s Bluff Casino Resort in Carterville has you covered. You can catch a concert there and make a whole night out of it. Whether you’re in the mood for a big show or just want to chill with some live tunes, Walker’s Bluff is a fun spot to kick back and enjoy the night.

Looking for a fun night out? Head to the Marion Cultural and Civic Center in downtown Marion. This historic theater is the perfect spot to catch a concert, laugh at a comedy show, or enjoy live theater. The space feels cozy and welcoming, the sound is incredible, and the building itself is beautiful. It’s a great way to wrap up a summer day in Williamson County with some live entertainment and a little extra fun.
